Following the summary presentation by Mr. Krens, Governor Weld, Mayor Alcombright, Dr. Ellrodt, Professor Sheppard, and Mr. Krens will discuss the factors that have contributed to the current state of planning; the respective roles of the public and private sectors in the process of creating new institutions; and the likelihood and timing of the economic, social and cultural benefits that could result.
