Shortly after, Wou-Ki moved to Paris and immersed himself in both Chinese and European painting. Wou-Ki was heavily influenced by Klee as well as Matisse, Cezanne and Pollack. Wou-Ki’s art demonstrates Asian techniques combined with international art movements of the time period. The exhibit includes 60 paintings, drawings, and prints.
