EVENT RESERVATIONS POLICY
In order to better serve our members, The Williams Club has updated its event reservations policy. Making your reservation early secures your place and helps prevent event cancellations.
Club events and programs are open to members in good standing and their guests. A member may not sign up a guest for an event or program unless the member will be accompanying the guest. This policy applies to family members as well.
Out-of-Club ticketed events (including, but not limited to, theatre events) are final sale and non-refundable.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellations must be received by 4:30 pm two business days prior to the event or program in order to avoid incurring a charge. All cancellations received after this deadline and no-shows will be charged the full price of the event or program.
A $10 no show fee will be incurred with free events if reservations are not cancelled by noon on the day of the event.
Any exceptions to this policy will be noted in event descriptions.
