Guest Services at The Club
The Williams Club is pleased to have a Guest Relations Manager on staff to ensure that members and their guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay in NYC and at The Club possible. From securing hard to get theater tickets, to suggesting kid-friendly events in the Big Apple, our Guest Relations Manager is here to help you take advantage of all New York City has to offer. In addition to helping you plan activities, our Guest Relations Manager will secure alternative accommodations for you and your guests if our hotel is sold out for a particular evening. In addition to the convenience of support from our Guest Relations Manager, The Club always has at least two staff members on hand at any given time to assist members and their guests. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day and a doorman is on duty from 7am–12 midnight. Cameras are located at every point of entry for the added safety of our members and their guests.
