Apply to Williams Club member's spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings. |

Apply to all other individuals (i.e. friends, business associates, reciprocal club members, etc.) sponsored to stay at The Club. |
| Extra Bed |
A cot may be added to a room for $15 per night.

| Taxes |
Rates do not include 8.375% NY State Tax, 5% NY City Tax, and a $2.00 occupancy charge on all rooms. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Cancellations must be made prior to 2:00pm seventy-two (72) hours in advance of expected arrival. The full cost of the room, including fees and taxes will be charged if a reservation is not cancelled properly. |
