Jumbo Chilled Shrimp Cocktail Station Gulf shrimp w/cocktail sauce and lemon wedges
Taste of the Orient seared tuna on Japanese rice crackers w/wasabi cream, spring rolls w/scallion soy dipping sauce, shumai dumplings, assorted sushi rolls

Carving Station
The personal attention and robust aromas that accompany the carving station make it a desirable selection for any event. All of the following carving stations require one attendant per station and require a minimum of 20 people.
