Hosting Banquets & Conferences
The Williams Club banquet facilites and private meeting rooms are available for rental to Club members, or member-sponsored guests. Gourmet dinners, lunch meetings, seminars, tele-thons, company holiday parties, and weddings are just a few examples of how members utilize the beautiful spaces The Williams Club has to offer.

The Williams Club has a number of different rooms that can be used for private functions. They range in size from the elegant and intimate setting of the Mark Hopkins Library to the sweeping penthouse landscape of the Ephraim Williams Room on the 6th floor. Depending on the date and hour of your function, the charming Oakley, Whittelsey, and Grill Rooms may be available.

We know that making preparations for even small-scale events is time-consuming and often difficult. That is why when you contact our Catering Office they will guide you through choosing the best space, room configuration, audio-visual equipment, and menu to accomodate you and your guests' needs. On the day of your function, our trained Banquet Managers will closely supervise and provide support at all times to ensure that all of the details are exactly as you had envisioned them.

Room Rental All bookings are subject to a room rental fee charged based on space requirements and time of day. The Club reserves the right to change room assignments if the number of guests drastically increases or decreases.
Menus Menus must be be the same for all attendees and must be selected no less than seven (7) days prior to the event.
Guarantee The guaranteed number of attendees must be received by 12:00 noon two (2) business days prior to the event. This number constitutes a guaranteed minimum and is not subject to reduction.
Additional Fees

Gratuity is included in the 22% service charge added on all food and beverage purchases and 8.875% sales tax on all applicable charges. All events requesting additional staff are subject to fees. Please call for prices.

Audiovisual Equipment In addition to providing complimentary wireless internet (Wi-Fi) throughout the building, audiovisual equipment is available for rent.
Cancellation Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event are subject to the room charge and 35% of the total food cost based on minimum guarantees. The host will be responsible for full charges if the event is cancelled less than three (3) days prior to the event.
